I have over 30 years of experience training and instructing others as a fighter pilot (instructor and Stan/Eval pilot in the F-15C in combat and F-16 as an Aggressor), survival instructor, CERT instructor, firearms instructor, and Doctor of Management. I am a NRA Instructor for pistols, rifles, personal protection, and in the proper safety and use of firearms. I was certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety to instruct a License to Carry (LTC) professionally developed curriculum using multiple training techniques and aides to help students learn the material, retain the content, and attain a LTC qualification. (I am currently waiting on my renewal class for recertification). I am available for LTC prep, firearms training, and various other areas of education in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area.
I am currently offering instruction in basic pistol and rifle capabilities - great for individuals who have limited experience with handguns or rifles. I can give you instruction on range safety, gun safety, or just catch you up on the latest personal protection issues. I am also certified to instruct NRA courses to teach the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely, which is normally a full day class. I instruct NRA courses on rifles and personal protection in the home as well. We can also discuss a tailored training plan, which meets your needs with appropriate range time if you would like.
I have my private classroom and range for any academic classes, firearm training, and LTC prep, which is located south of Seguin and East of La Vernia (approximately one hour east of San Antonio). Using a local gun range is also an option...
